Habitational Condo Association Insurance
Eligibility:
- Residential Apartments, Condominiums, Townhouses
- Maximum building limit of $5,000,000 ($20 million per complex)
- No more than four stories
- No more than 60 units per building
- Office/Mercantile occupancy less than 25% of total square feet
- Habitational above restaurant not eligible
Commercial Condo Association Insurance
Eligibility:
- Building & Personal Property up to $10 million per location
- Average occupancy rate of 75% or higher
- Mixed commercial/habitational – four stories or less
- Mixed commercial/habitational – no more than 60 living units
- Mixed commercial/habitational – no habitational above restaurant
- Tenants – gasoline station, office, retail, service, wholesale, hotel or motel (less than four stories)
- Other tenant business operations require underwriting approval
